Success Stories

This was her story:

Bella Luna was found living on the streets in South Central Mexico. She was emaciated, near death and had one eye horribly injured, no doubt from trying to sneak a crumb of food where other numerous stray dogs congregate. How long this poor dog was on the streets is a guess, but with 1000's of abandoned and feral dogs living on the streets in this area, this one has seen some hard times. She also has a scar across her chest from a wire, we are guessing that Bella Luna may have been a "roof" dog at one time and pressed repeatedly against a wire before lunging off the roof she was left to starve on. She is a 5 year old, lovely, well mannered, mellow boxer. She follows her foster mom everywhere and gets along well with her foster mom's 4 dogs and two cats. She is fully vetted and has been through a three month quarantine. She is housebroken and would make a wonderful companion for a low key person, or someone wanting to add to their family with other canines. This is one very sweet girl!

Both eyes had to be removed because of severe glaucoma. She is doing great and loves Elley and Bodhi!
